Resilience in Research
Resilience in Research is a tailor-made training for the YFN (Young Faculty Network) of the LUMC. Resilience is about positive adaptation after a stressful or adverse situation. It allows a person to rebound as a strengthened and more resourceful person.
The program trains participants in dealing with impact in a healthy way. For, in day to day life there a lot that’s having impact on us; people, decisions, circumstances and … ourselves!
The program consists of 4 half-days, plus two intervisions aimed at exchange of experiences, questions and peer review. These are the leading theme’s:
